Is the campsite VACAF approved?

No

Can I have guests at the campsite?

Yes, visitors are admitted to the campsite, provided they present themselves at reception and wear a wristband. For visits longer than 2 hours, the visitor rate applies. Visitors do not have access to the swimming pool.

What are the arrival/departure times?

You can check in at the scheduled times: 2:00 p.m. for pitches and 3:00 p.m. for rentals. For late arrivals in high season, a night reception agent will wait for you and guide you to your pitch or mobile home (please inform reception of your late arrival before 6pm). An early arrival option is available for rentals: for €35, you’re guaranteed to have your key before 1pm.

Departure must be before 10 a.m. for accommodation and before 11 a.m. for pitches.

If we arrive with two cars, can both get in?

Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. It must be parked on the plot. It can enter using a magnetic card or a code given to you when you register. The second vehicle must remain in the visitors’ parking lot at the entrance, subject to the applicable rates.

Cars may not exceed 5m.

The trailer will be charged at the corresponding rate in our camping supplements and must also fit on the allocated plot.

Is there a grocery store?

The snack bar offers a small grocery corner with essential products (pasta/rice/toilet paper…). In Le Pradet, several supermarkets are within easy reach (from hard discount to supermarket). The nearest is 1km away.

Can we barbecue?

Yes, you can bring your own electric barbecue. However, open-fire, gas or charcoal barbecues are prohibited, due to the high fire risk in our department.

An electric griddle is available, powered by the Cooxy application.

Is the campsite flat?

The campsite is on a hill between the center of Le Pradet and the Garonne beach. The campsite is terraced, so there are ascents and descents, so it’s a good idea to keep a close eye on children on bikes.

Can I choose my location/my mobile home?

It is now possible to select an available pitch or mobile home rental directly via our website by selecting the “Choose a pitch” option. Once you’ve selected the option, simply look at the drop-down menu and either select your usual pitch (if you know it), or choose the one that suits you best (map available next to the option). This makes it possible to select nearby locations by ticking the option for each stay concerned. Only pitches available at the time of your request will be shown. If your preferred pitch is not available, you can contact the campsite – it may be allocated but not blocked ;-). Option at €40 per pitch.

Is wearing a bracelet compulsory?

Wearing the bracelet is compulsory throughout the opening period. It guarantees your safety on the site and reduces the risk of theft, etc… If you don’t wear a bracelet, you won’t have passed through and won’t have identified yourself at reception: as a family-run campsite, this seems unthinkable to us, so we’re grateful to our campers for respecting this little “constraint”. The wristband is made of fabric, so it won’t hurt your wrist.

What payment methods are authorized?

You can pay by credit card, vacation vouchers or cash.

Can I use vacation vouchers to pay for bookings and activities?

Only accommodation / pitch services are payable in ANCV vacation vouchers or connect

What are the terms of payment?

At the time of booking, if you book more than 30 days before arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% plus booking fees and any cancellation insurance. For bookings less than 30 days prior to arrival, the balance is due. Don’t forget to contact your CE organization if you wish to pay by ANCV, as these deadlines apply to all payment methods. Don’t have your vacation vouchers yet? It’s possible to pay for your stay within the deadline. During your stay, you can drop off your ANCVs at reception, along with a bank details form, for reimbursement. You will be charged €10 for this service.

What if I cancel?

We offer all our customers Neat par Flex cancellation insurance. For 2.9% of the total cost of the stay, the insurer covers any refunds (according to the insurer’s clauses, which can be consulted on our website, and the deductible). Coverage is 70% without proof and 100% with proof (subject to deductible). In the event of a claim, you have 48 hours to notify the campsite in writing and the insurer for reimbursement.

Lodging

Are cribs available?

Baby kits are available for hire, please request when booking (subject to availability). Mattresses are not supplied.

Is household linen included in the rentals?

Linen is not provided, but we do offer single and double bed linen and towels for hire (information at reception).
Blankets and pillows are provided.

Are dogs or other animals allowed on the campsite?

Yes, pets (except 1st and 2nd category dogs) are allowed on pitches (but please keep them on a leash and pick up after them). 2 dogs under 10kgs are allowed in Estagnol and Pampelonne mobile homes and Sormiou canvas bungalows.

Does cleaning have to be done on departure or is it included in the rental price?

You must leave the mobile home clean. A cleaning fee of 100 euros will be charged if you do not wish to do this. Please note that this does not exempt you from washing up and taking out your rubbish.

What time do we have to leave the accommodation?

You must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Before your departure, a final inventory will be carried out in the mobile home, followed by the return of your deposit if no problem has been noted. After 10 a.m. and your departure from the mobile home, you can enjoy your day at the pool (until 6 p.m.) for €5 per person.

Are the rentals equipped with TV sets or air conditioning?

All mobile homes are equipped with reversible air-conditioning and some with televisions. Some mobile homes are not equipped with televisions, but do have an antenna socket (TV rental subject to availability, on request from reception, €5 per night).
The Verdon and Tamaris lodges and the Sormiou bungalows are not air-conditioned or heated and cannot accommodate televisions.

Can I plug my car into the accommodation sockets?

It is strictly forbidden to charge electric vehicles at the accommodation sockets. A chargeable terminal is available at the campsite entrance.

Locations

Are motorhomes accepted?

Yes, our motorhome friends are welcome. We welcome them on a pitch with electricity. However, motorhomes over 7.50 m will not be admitted. The same applies to double-axle vehicles.
A service area with filling and emptying tokens is available at the campsite entrance (tokens on sale at reception).

Is there water on the pitches?

Most of our pitches have drinking water.

Electricity, rules and operation ?

The pitches have a European connection (3 points), or standard French 10 ampere connection. Remember to bring an adapter (if you forget one, we’ll lend you one).

It is strictly forbidden to charge electric vehicles on the site. A pay station is available at the entrance.

Do I have to pay for the whole stay if I leave before?

All bookings must be paid 30 days before arrival, or on arrival if you are passing through. We strongly advise you to select dates for which you are sure of your stay. However, there is a cancellation insurance policy which, in the event of early departure due to health problems or other reasons, will enable you to recover part of the cost of your stay (see insurance conditions).

Aquatic Space

Is the pool heated?

The pool is heated throughout the opening period. Being uncovered, it is subject to climatic variations (wind, storm, etc.).

Is the aquatic area open in low season?

Yes, it’s open from May 01 to September 30.

What are the rules at the pool?

Bathing shorts and underwear are prohibited. Only briefs and boxer shorts are permitted. Buoys and beach masks are forbidden. It is forbidden to eat or drink at the poolside. The general rules are posted on the board in the access corridor to the pool area. Only overnight guests are allowed in and around the campsite swimming pool.

What are the opening hours? Are there any late nights?

The water park is open every day.
In low season (April, May, June and September) it’s open from 10am to 7pm.

In high season (July and August) it’s generally open from 10am to 8pm. During pool nights (2x/week) it’s open until 10:45pm.

Entertainment and leisure

Do I have to pay for aquagym activities?

No, just show up with your campsite wristband.

Do you offer children's activities?

Yes, during the Easter vacations and in July and August. We offer activities for children aged 5 to 8 and 9 to 12, as well as entertainment for teenagers.

Does the restaurant offer evening events? Is it open every day?

The restaurant is open from May 1. Here you’ll find all the summer evening entertainment (July/August).

In the off-season, our entertainer will also suggest a number of events to be held in the restaurant.

Are there any shows or activities for children?

During the school vacations, an activity leader will look after your children aged 5 to 11, although enrolment is limited. Mornings, 5 days a week.

From what age are children accepted at the Club?

From age 5 to 11.

Do you have a daycare service?

No.

In the vicinity

Is there a supermarket or shops nearby?

The campsite is 1km from the beach and shops: an Auchan supermarket and small restaurants.
By car, less than 5 minutes away, you’ll find a Lidl, a small Intermarché and all the shops in Le Pradet: butchers, greengrocers, bakers, newsagents, bookshops, fishmongers, cheesemongers and more!

What's market day?

Le Pradet’s big market takes place every Friday morning in the parking lot of the Post Office and the tourist office, with a wide range of products: delicatessen, fruit and vegetables, clothes, souvenirs…

Are there night markets?

Every summer, Le Pradet organizes evening craft shows (information at the tourist office) and summer events.
Sanary and the port of Hyères also offer night markets every evening in July and August.

Can I take my bike?

A greenway linking Toulon to Hyères passes through Le Pradet. Just one kilometer from the campsite, it’s fairly easy to get to. We would remind you, however, that the campsite is located on a hill, so it has its share of ascents (and descents). To get an idea, feel free to view the route via Google Street view. If you’re sporty or have an electric bike, the climbs shouldn’t be a problem.

How far is the beach?

The nearest beach, La Garonne, is a 1 km walk from the campsite. It’s half pebble, half sand. Other beaches in Le Pradet are further away (see maps at reception).

Is there public transport near the campsite?

Yes, 1 kilometer from the campsite is the Quatre Saisons bus stop, where buses run to Hyères, Toulon…

Services

Are bicycles available for hire on the campsite?

We rent electric and muscle bikes at the campsite entrance.

Is there a hotline in case of accommodation problems?

A daytime technical service and an evening on-call service are also available.

Is there a wifi connection? Is there a charge?

Yes, we have WiFi. There is a charge for it, and we offer different packages.

Can I buy fresh bread at the campsite?

Yes, our restaurant offers fresh bread and pastries. Reservations the day before for the day after.

Cleanliness

Is there an accommodation service?

Campsite accommodation must be left as clean as when you arrived. An optional “end-of-stay cleaning” service is also available for campsite accommodation.

Does the campsite have a laundry?

A self-service washing machine and tumble dryer are available. They operate by credit card only.
